Childbirth Education Class at Crestner Health System
Prepare for one of life’s most important moments with confidence. Crestner Health System’s Childbirth Education Class is designed to support expectant parents through every stage of labor, delivery, and early postpartum care. Taught by experienced childbirth educators and labor & delivery nurses, this interactive class offers evidence-based guidance, practical techniques, and compassionate support.
In this class, you’ll learn:
What to expect during the stages of labor and birth
Comfort measures, breathing techniques, and pain management options
The roles of your support partner and healthcare team
Hospital policies, birth planning, and what to pack
Immediate newborn care and postpartum recovery tips
Whether you’re a first-time parent or looking for a refresher, this class is a valuable step toward a positive and empowered birth experience.
Class Format: In-person at Crestner Health System, with small group sizes to encourage personalized learning and Q&A.
Who should attend: Expectant mothers and birth partners, ideally between 16–36 weeks of pregnancy.
