Learn the basics of breastfeeding, from positioning and latching to milk supply and newborn feeding cues, in a supportive and educational environment.
This introductory class is designed to help new and expectant parents feel confident and prepared for breastfeeding. Participants will learn practical techniques for successful feeding, including proper positioning, latching, and recognizing baby’s hunger cues. Our lactation specialists provide guidance on establishing and maintaining milk supply, managing common challenges, and knowing when to seek additional support. This class offers a welcoming space to ask questions and build confidence for your breastfeeding journey.
